Our client’s mental health is of great concern at present and it is important that you have every opportunity to access Psychological support for reassurance, and for coping strategies to reduce anxiety and fear.
Many clients are experiencing physical and mental health concerns, social anxiety, isolation distress, financial pressure, job loss, self-worth issues, shopping fears, challenges with activities of daily living, and many other hardships due to the Coronavirus.
Regular practice of meditation and mindfulness has been shown to positively impact mental and physical health, to improve sleep, to boost the immune system, reduce stress and anxiety, to help with social isolation and related depression.
Meditation promotes emotional health, generates kindness and compassion, enhances self-awareness and assists to develop social conscience. Connection to the breath, high vibrational energy, nature and the life force, through mindfulness or guided visualisation can induce a sense of feeling safe, supported, peaceful and protected.
